Bacon-Wrapped Beef Patties
Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
12 strips bacon
Cooking Instructions
Combine everything except the bacon. Mix well. Divide mixture in half. Shape each into an 11″ roll, approx. 3-4″ in diameter. Place 6 strips of bacon on a piece of waxed paper. Place beef roll on one end of bacon strips. Roll up using waxed paper as an aid so that roll is wrapped with bacon. Cut into 6 patties. Secure bacon ends with toothpicks. Place on broiler rack. Repeat with other roll. Broil 7″ from source of heat for 6 minutes. Turn patties over and broil 3 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Bake at 375ΒΊ for 40 minutes.
