Austrian Bread
Ingredients
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/3 C. bread flour
2/3 C. rye flour
1/3 C. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. gluten flour, one hundred percent
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. fruit concentrate; or honey
1 C. water;
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients into the pan, in the order listed. Select white bread, and press “Start”. Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature. Use white bread setting, light
