Ingredients

2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/3 C. bread flour
2/3 C. rye flour
1/3 C. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. gluten flour, one hundred percent
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. fruit concentrate; or honey
1 C. water;

Cooking Instructions
