Ingredients

1/2 C. apple juice
2/3 C. applesauce
1/2 C. grated apple
1 pinch nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
3/4 C. whole wheat flour
2 1/4 C. better for bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. margarine

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients to pan in order listed. If your machine calls for dry ingredients first, invert the order of ingredients. Program for bread or regular setting. Push start. Remove bread about 4 hours later.
