Apple Salad
Ingredients
2 large apples, diced and pared
1/2 C. celery, diced
1/4 C. raisins
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
8 lettuce leaves (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
