Ingredients

1 1/2 C. oil
2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 C. flour
3 C. apples; sliced
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. walnuts; chopped
1 C. raisins

Cooking Instructions

Add sugar gradually to oil; mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients. Blend well. Add vanilla, apples, walnuts and raisins; mix well. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a greased Bundt pan.
