Ingredients

1 1/2 C. oil
3 eggs
2 C. sugar
3 C. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 C. diced apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. chopped pecans or nuts of choice

Cooking Instructions

Mix together oil, eggs, and sugar. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
