Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/4 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 apple; peel, core thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
Cooking Instructions
Beat together first 5 ingredients until blended. Beat in the next 3 ingredients until blended. Place batter in a lightly oiled 10 inch spring form pan and place apples decoratively on top. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center, comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan. When cool, remove from pan and sprinkle with 1 tsp. sifted powdered sugar.
