Ingredients

2 C. apples, peeled and chopped fine
2 C. sugar
1 C. walnuts
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 C. vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix by hand just enough to moisten. Pour into greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. It is not necessary to frost this cake, but can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
