Amish Cake
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 large crushed pineapple
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. walnuts; chopped
Frosting (topping)
12 ounces whipped topping
1 small vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large crushed pineapple
Cooking Instructions
Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Using a greased and floured 9×13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done. Frosting (topping) Mix all ingredients together. Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
