Agar Cheese
Ingredients
3/4 C. water
1 Tbsp. agar flakes
1/3 C. cashews
1/4 C. water
3 Tbsp. pimento, optional
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. yeast flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion power
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
Lightly boil water and agar flakes for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Blend until smooth remaining ingredients. Stir all ingredients together. Chill. This cheese can be sliced.
