Ingredients

3/4 C. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 2/3 C. unbleached all-purpose flour
1/3 C. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 tsp. fine sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed, or in the reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat cycle, light setting (or the equivalent setting for your machine.) Push Start.
