Onion Gulch Potatoes
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, shredded
4 medium onions, finely chopped
1/4 C. butter, melted
1/4 C. heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°. Combine all ingredients in a buttered casserole dish and bake for 3 to 4 hours or until browned and cooked. Serves 6.
