Spinach Lasagna
Ingredients
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 C. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
2 C. tomato sauce
8 oz. cooked lasagna noodles
3/4 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, garlic salt, and basil. Use a 9 x 9 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Layer sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture. Continue to layer, ending with sauce. Add the rest of the Mozzarella cheese. Pour water around edges and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. *Great dish when vegetarian friends are visiting. Serves 8 people.
