Tex Mex Fish
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. fish fillets
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
1/2 C. black olives, sliced
1/2 C. cheese, shredded
Cooking Instructions
Put water and onion in microwave for 2 minutes. Place fillets on top of cooked onion, put in microwave for 4 minutes. Cover with tomato, picante and olives, microwave for 2 minutes. Cover with cheese and heat 1 minute.
