Salmon Loaf 4
Ingredients
2 C. canned salmon
2/3 C. evaporated milk
2 C. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Cooking Instructions
Turn salmon and liquid into mixing bowl. Add milk and bread crumbs and mix with fork until well-blended. Add egg and remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into a loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees until center is firm, about 40 minutes. Serve with a sauce made by heating 1 cup white sauce and 1/4 cup each mayonnaise, chopped almonds, and olives. Serves 6.
