Ingredients

4 C. cilantro leaves
3 garlic cloves
1 lime, grated, with juice
2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 C. peanut or vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions
