Maraschino Pecan Bread
Ingredients
1 1/8 C. water
3 C. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. raisins
1/4 C. red and green maraschino cherries, whole
1/4 C. sunflower seeds
1/4 C. pecans; chopped
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Ingredients are to be added according to manufacturer’s suggestion. Drain cherries well on a paper towel; add whole for best appearance. Add the fruit and nuts at the beep at the end of the first kneading cycle.
