Herbed Perch
Ingredients
3 lbs. fresh (or frozen) perch
1/4 C. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. marjoram leaves
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
Paprika
Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; place fresh (or thawed) fish in pan. Mix lemon juice, marjoram leaves, onion salt and seasoned pepper; spoon on fish. Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika. 6 servings (375 calories).
