Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. yeast
3 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 C. maple syrup warm
3/4 C. water warm

Cooking Instructions

Put all ingredients in Hitachi Bread Machine and set bread color for light. Now start the regular bread cycle and that’s it.
