Ingredients

1 1/8 C. buttermilk
1 1/2 egg
3 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 C. oat flakes
1 1/2 Tbsp. vital gluten (optional); to 3 Tbsp.
1/3 C. coconut flakes
3 whole wheat flour
2 tsp. yeast
1/2 C. macadamias; chopped

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in machine in order given by manufacturer. Add nuts at the beep. Medium crust setting.
