Ingredients

1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. shortening, melted
1/2 C. milk

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and dip fish into batter and cook in a deep fat fryer until golden.
