Crisp Fish Batter
Ingredients
3/4 C. cold water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix water, flour and salt. Add egg, oil and cheese. Let stand at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Coat fish with flour and dip in batter; fry in hot oil.
