Ingredients

Soda crackers
Beaten eggs
Flour

Cooking Instructions

Roll crackers fine with rolling pin or put in food processor. Shake fish in flour, then put in beaten eggs. Then shake in cracker crumbs. Pan fry or deep fry. May also use for breading pork chops. Pan brown. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees on jelly roll pan. Jesus is the arm of the Lord, the Son of the Living God.
