Baked Whole Red Snapper
Ingredients
Whole red snapper
Paprika
Cajun seasoning or Chesapeake Bay
seasoning
1 C. celery, chopped
1 C. green onions, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Scale fish. Cover fish with cajun seasoning or Chesapeake Bay seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in until fish is covered. Saute celery and onion until soft. Stuff cavity of fish with mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Garnish with parsley and green onion stalks.
