Turkey Chimichangas
Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 pack taco seasoning mix (1-1/4-oz.)
1/2 C. water
1 container fat free sour cream
8 flour toruntilas (8-inch)
1 C. salsa
Cooking Instructions
Brown turkey; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in 1 C. of the sour cream. Place 1/3 C. of turkey mixture in center of each toruntila. Fold in sides and roll up to enclose filling. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Brown chimichangas on both sides. Serve with remaining sour cream and salsa.
