Ingredients

1/2 C. milk
1 egg
1/2 C. canned yams; drained and chopped
3 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 C. mini marshmallows; optional
1 1/2 tsp. red star active dry yeast;

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. After the baking cycle end remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing. Crust: Regular Menu selection: Bake .Some machines may require you to select medium for crust and Select: white bread setting.
