Oriental Flank Steak
Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
3/4 C. Kraft barbecue sauce or thick and spicy sauce
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 C. diced onions
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Cooking Instructions
Score steak on both sides with knife. Pour combined remaining ingredients over steak. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning once. Place steak on greased rack of broiler pan or greased grill uncovered over hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, turning and brushing with barbecue sauce after 10 minutes. Serve, cut cross grain, thin slices. Preparation time: 10 minutes plus marinate. Cooking time, 20 minutes. Enjoy!
