Southwestern Pork Chops
Ingredients
1 C. italian dressing
1/2 C. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 pork chop
Cooking Instructions
In bowl, combine all ingredients except chops. Pour 1/2 of sauce into large baking dish and refrigerate the other half. Add chops to dish, turn to coat. Refrigerate over night. Remove chops and grill turning once until done. In saucepan, heat remaining sauce till boil. Pour over chops on plate.
