Pork Chop Bake 2
Ingredients
6 pork chops or 4 thick
4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
1 C. water
1 envelope lipton onion soup
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in skillet. Drain. Place in buttered 9 x 3- inch casserole, arrange potatoes and mushrooms. In small bowl combine water and soup; pour over potatoes and mushrooms. Cover with aluminum foil, bake for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
