Pork Ale Soy
Ingredients
4 to 5 pork chops
2 C. flour
3/4 C. soy sauce
1 egg
water
1 to 1 1/2 C. oil
Cooking Instructions
Cut pork into bite-size pieces and set aside. In large mixing bowl, add flour, eggs and soy sauce. Slowly add water until batter becomes thick (consistency of cornbread mix). Place meat in batter and let soak for 10 minutes. Heat oil in skillet. Dip battered meat into pan and fry until brown, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
