Ingredients

2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 C. water
dash of salt
3 pound. bologna
1/4 C. pickle relish
3 heaping Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 C. vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. butter
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 C. mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Shred bologna and boiled eggs. Mix in mayonnaise and relish; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing and pour over ham mixture.
