Ham Loaf 2
Ingredients
3 pound. ground ham
2 pound. fresh ground pork
1 C. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 C. milk
sauce:
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 C. hot water
1/2 C. mustard
1 cube margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, pepper, eggs and milk; form into loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix sauce ingredients together. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Baste ham loaf throughout baking. Can cook sauce until thicker and serve over ham loaf at table.
