Ginger Sherry Pork Chops
Ingredients
1/3 C. dry sherry
1 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 garlic clove; finely chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 butterfly pork chops;
1 Tbsp. gingerroot; finely chopped 1 inch thick
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least for 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill 4-5 inch from medium coals, for 14-16 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once, until no longer pink in center.
