Bissons Pork Barbecue
Ingredients
3 pound. pork
1 onion
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
water to cook
Cooking Instructions
Cook ingredients until meat is very tender. Cool. Take meat from bones and return to juice. Cook down. Add small can Hunt’s sauce and 1/2 C. catsup. Watch closely; this will burn.
