Breakfast Tacos 1
Ingredients
1 lb. pork sausage
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. picante sauce
1 C. grated Cheddar cheese
1 C. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1 avocado, sliced into wedges
8 flour tortillas
Cooking Instructions
Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Scramble eggs with picante sauce. Warm tortillas in oven. Layer each tortilla with eggs, sausage, and cheese. Roll up and garnish with sour cream, avocado wedges, and picante sauce. Yield: 4-6 servings.
