Barbecued Pork Chops 2
Ingredients
6 pork chops
brandy or rum
tipsy marinade:
3 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (tomato oyster sauce based)
1/2 tsp. five spice powder
3 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry sherry, gin, whiskey,
1 garlic clove, mashed.
Cooking Instructions
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over pork chops. Marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator or for 1/2 hour unrefrigerated. Barbecue pork chops for 15 minutes on each side, basting with leftover marinade every few minutes. Can substitute chicken.
