Gluten & Dairy Free Waffle Batter
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 2/3 cups Almond Milk (I use Vanilla Almond)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend. (I use Pillsbury Best)
1 tbs baking powder
3 tbs sugar
1/2 ts salt
1 ts vanilla
3/4 cups Blueberry’s (I use fresh frozen)
Cooking Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together using a whisk
Mix the wet ingredients together
Gently combine all ingredients together ( don’t over mix)
Cook as your waffle maker directs.
