Feather Bread
Ingredients
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 C. warm water
1 pound loaf:
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 C. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
5 ounces warm water
Cooking Instructions
For Panasonic/National machines use 4 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. For DAK/Welbilt machines use 2 additional Tbls.. of warm water for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
