Smoked Cornish Game Hens
Ingredients
3 Cornish game hens
Lawry’s seasoned salt
Hickory chips
Must have covered grill
Cooking Instructions
Build medium fire in covered grill – wait for coals to turn white. Soak hickory chips in hot water. Coat hens with Lawry’s and place on grill away from fire. Add hickory chips to fire. Cover and smoke for 1 1/2 hours. Remove and split hens through breast and back bone to make 6 halves. Serve with rice and salad. Serves 4-6.
