Ingredients

1 package yeast
2 C. bread flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 C. milk
1/2 C. water
1/3 C. oil
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. walnut extract
2/3 C. raisins (dried cranberry)
1/3 C. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. dried orange peel or grated rind from 1 orange

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients according to the directions on your Bread maker.
