Scalloped Corn
Ingredients
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/2 C. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 C. corn flake crumbs
1/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Combine corn, milk, egg and onion salt in 1 quart casserole. Combine cornflake crumbs and cheese; spread over the corn mixture. Cook in microwave on cookmatic level 5 (slo cook) for 15-18 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. You may wish to turn dish halfway through cooking time. Yield 4-6 servings.
