French Chocolates 2
Ingredients
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. ground walnuts
3/4 C. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Shredded coconut, chopped nuts or powdered sugar
Cooking Instructions
1. Place chocolate chips in medium bowl. Microwave at medium-high (70%) until melted, 2-4 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in walnuts, condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Cool 5 minutes. 2. Shape into 3/4 to 1 inch balls. Dip into coconut, chopped nuts or powdered sugar. Place on greased baking sheet and refrigerate until set. Makes 50-60 candies.
