Pasta With Peas
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic , minced or pressed
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
14 oz. can of chopped tomatoes with juice
2 C. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 can peas with juice
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. small pasta (i.e. ditalini)
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef until browned salting it slightly. Add tomatoes with juice, water and bouillon, salt and pepper. Simmer for flavor enhancement. Bring to a light boil and add noodles. When noodles are almost cooked add peas with juice. This almost has a hearty soup consistency.
