Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. bell pepper
1-1/2 C. quick oats
2 pkg. onion soup mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. marjoram

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole pan. Place in Dutch oven. Bake 1 hour, covered.
