Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 C. milk (low fat)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
1 C. blueberries
Cooking Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together flour and baking powder. Beat in milk, eggs and oil. Stir in blueberries until mixed. Lightly oil a frying pan, and spoon batter on by Tbls. measures. Cook until done.
