Vegetable Surprise
Ingredients
Per serving:
1 medium potato, quartered
1 large onion slice
1 slice bell pepper
1 tomato, cut in large wedges
1 carrot, quartered
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Place vegetables neatly on a sheet of foil (separate sheet for each serving). Add butter, salt and pepper. Wrap in foil, making each package air tight, so that the vegetables will steam in their own juices. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour at 400ΒΊ. When cooked, open top of packages and serve in the foil.
