Heavenly Potatoes
Ingredients
4 to 5 C. potatoes, boiled and sliced
1 C. cubed cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 C. milk or enough to cover potatoes
3/4 C. finely crushed bread crumbs
1 C. chopped onion
Cooking Instructions
Mix milk and soup. Put a layer of potatoes in 2-qt. casserole dish. Then cover with a layer of cheese and onion. Pour some of the soup mixture over the potatoes. Do about 2 more layers. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each layer. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
