Bulgur Honey Bread
Ingredients
1 C. bulgur
3 C. water; boiling
1/2 C. honey
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
7 C. flour
4 Tbsp. warm water
Cooking Instructions
In large mixing bowl, combine bulgur, boiling water, honey, oil, and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
