Ingredients

3/4 C. water
1 Tbsp. applesauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. barley malt syrup
1/4 tsp. lecithin
1 1/3 C. whole wheat flour
1/3 C. oat flour
1/3 C. rolled oats
1/3 C. buckwheat flour
2 Tbsp. whey
2 Tbsp. gluten flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. oat bran
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients into the pan, in the order listed. Select white bread, and press “Start”. Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
