Blue Fish Baste And Francese Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 C. olive oil
2/3 C. vinegar
Oregano
Parsley
Basil (small amount)
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
parmesan cheese
flour
butter or white wine or lemon
Cooking Instructions
Make at least 1 hour before use.
FRANCESE RECIPE:
Combine with beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, flour meat or fish and then dip in above. Saute in butter (can add white wine or lemon).
